1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. We want you to be 100% confident in your "Prime" purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original premium packaging (box and dust bag).

  • Free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the leather.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our WhatsApp support or email us at support@theprimecollection.com with your Order ID.

  2. Verification: Share 2-3 clear photos of the wallet to confirm its condition.

  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

  • Exchanges: If you'd prefer a different color or model, we will ship your exchange as soon as the original item is received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made a mistake or the item arrived with a defect, we will cover all shipping costs to get a perfect replacement to you immediately.
